Assertive communication is a technique that creates direct and respectful dialogue between you and your surroundings. By using this approach, you express your thoughts and opinions in a way that enhances understanding and respect – without violating the rights or feelings of others.

This course is for anyone looking to improve their communication skills. It is particularly useful if you sometimes become a bit too forceful, dominant, provocative, or even offensive – or, conversely, if you tend to be overly humble and focus more on others’ needs than your own.

Form:

The course combines short presentations, discussions, and practical exercises, including role-playing. You will receive feedback from the instructor and fellow participants. The training is based on real-life experiences, allowing you to practice techniques, gain insights, and explore new approaches to communication.

Cost when the course is held at our facilities:
A two-day course: 42.000 DKK
A one-day course: 23.000 DKK

The price at our venue is for a maximum of 10 participants and includes facilities, breakfast, lunch, tea/coffee, chocolate, materials, binders, etc.

Cost when the course is held at your facilities:
A two-day course: 32.000 DKK
A one-day course: 18.000 DKK

The price is for a maximum of 10 participants and assumes that you handle all practical arrangements – including pens and paper for the participants. For courses where the instructor stays overnight, accommodation and meals for the instructor are additional.
Outside Copenhagen, transportation costs are added based on the standard government rates.

All the prices above are not inclusive 25% VAT.

Facilities:
Our facilities are located at Pilestræde which is just five minutes walk from Nørreport. The course can be held at our facilities or at yours.

Duration:
We recommend a two-day duration for this course, but it can also be held as a one-day course.

Participants:
Max. 10 participants for 1 and 2 days course.
